Sovereign
This piece is a reminder of God’s sovereignty through every emotion and every circumstance. He is so complex that He is able to grieve with those who grieve and rejoice with those who rejoice at the deepest level all at the same time. There is no sorrow and no joy that He has not known.

Cling to His Word
As we go into this new year the Lord has been reminding me how important it is to cling to His word. I sketched this idea on my first day of walking through Italy, a time where it was vital for me to read and apply the word. We don’t get know what we will face in 2026, but wether it’s challenges or new opportunities we need God to help us this year. His word is filled with promises, strategy and help. May His word be a lamp to your feet this year.

The Wedding of The Lamb
Many of us long for marriage or remember longing for marriage, there’s something instinctual and innate about that desire. This piece is a recognition and a reverence, a celebration of where that longing comes from. That each of us were created by a loving God whose fingerprints are reflected in our personalities, our minds and our desires, including perhaps, the desire for marriage. As we draw near to the end times and look forward to the return of Christ, I have been reflecting on how long Jesus has waited for His marriage. On how strong His desire was for us to be reconciled to Him. I am in wonder of a God whose emotions are so much greater that my own, and so however much I have desired marriage and love, He desires it more. In revelation the Bible talks about how the bride readies herself, we work with the Holy Spirit but the responsibility is on us to become a bride without spot of blemish, so that Jesus can return. This surfaces the challenge: “How am I preparing for the wedding of the lamb? How am I readying myself to be a part of the bride without spot or blemish? How am I stepping towards the end of the longest wait in history?
Revelation 19:7-10 2 Peter 3:9 Ephesians 5:25-27 Ephesians 5:32

Forgotten King
I was inspired for this piece whilst I was walking through a Monaco It is a reminder not to forget our Lord and King. He is willing and able to heal, deliver and provide for you, but we must call on His name.
Let us not forget our King
There were bright colours and bright lights,
Sounds of cars and sounds of party nights.
There were smells of smoke, smells of spices,
Fashion and fame bought at exceptional prices.
There was luxury and beauty at every turn,
Money spent without concern.
Yet in the midst of the rich man’s dream,
Came a quiet whisper, “it’s not all as it may seem”
For here where money is flung so freely
No beggar dares to sit in the street,
And the meaning of love has become obsolete.
What is thought of as rich is really poor,
And in all this glamour not one is secure.
What they thought would free them has locked them up,
For what they really need is not sold in any shop.
But up on the hills forgotten and discarded,
Is the crown of a saviour who loved unguarded.
Even to death He gave and He gave,
A concept not know to any of these slaves,
Do they not know how the bonds of greed are destined to kill?
Yet on that lonely, desolate hill,
Still lays the crown of the one who went to the grave,
So that from our own shackles He could save.

Love
Based off a personal moment I had with the Lord just before entering Rome, this painting was done as an act of worship to the Lord, praising Him for being the loving shepherd who goes before me. This is a painting to tell the Lord how I love Him, and to thank Him for loving me.
John 10:3-5 “The sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. When he has brought out all his own, he goes before them, and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice. A stranger they will not follow, but they will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers.”

Reward
This watercolour piece tells a story of a bell tower in Nibbiaia, Italy. Most of my walk from Nice to Rome was done along the coast, until I got to Livorno, from here the Lord asked me to go up to a small town in the mountain. I have to admit I was reluctant in saying yes, to walk up a mountain with a heavy backpack just to pray for a small community seemed, in my arrogance, to be a frustrating task. In His loving faithfulness, the Lord quickly humbled me in reminding me that He left the 99 to find the 1, me. So I set off to seek what the Lord had for me in this little village in the hills...

Lamp unto my feet
Are you building empires in the darkness? This was the question the Lord asked me as I painted this piece. Sometimes, we sit in situations that we wish would change, praying that God will move and take us out of the darkness, confusion and mess and into whatever promise He has given us, all whilst the strategy of how to obtain this promise is waiting for us in His word. Sometimes, our prayer should change from “Lord please will you do this for me?” to “Lord, how can we accomplish this together? Show me strategy in your word. Let your word be a lamp to my feet and a light to my path out of here.” ...
